Our Noodle Bowls: #1- Udon noodle with chicken, egg, pork, fish cake and vegetables, #2- Somen noodle with beef, shiitake, pickle bamboo and vegetables, #3- Udon noodle with shrimp, bok choy and tofu, #4- Harusame noodle with vegetable broth, vegetables and tofu. A dinner size bowl of noodles is $8.75, lunch size $7.50. Build your own, Choose a broth and a noodle: Chicken broth, Vegetarian broth, Udon noodle- thick wheat, Somen- thin wheat, Harusame noodle- clear mung bean noodle, no gluten, add miso to a broth $1.00. Choose as many as Six Items: Long simmered beef short rib, Spicy barbeque pork tenderloin, Marinated chicken, Japanese fish cake, Shrimp, Hot spring egg, Bok choy, Broccoli rabe- very strong flavor, regular broccoli available too, Asparagus, Pickle bamboo shoot, Shiitake mushroom, Central Soyfoods of Lawrence, KS tofu, extra items $1.50 each
