Turkey Tenderloin

Does anyone else crave Thanksgiving dinner on so many other days besides Thanksgiving? I was recently in Taos, New Mexico and was heavily guided to this fabulous and authentic place to have dinner, Grahams Grille. It was at Grahams that I discovered the turkey tenderloins and it was my Thanksgiving dinner with a twist. Succulent strips of turkey tenderloin served with sweet potatoes and this cranberry Mojo sauce. This sauce had an extra Jamaican twist with Jerk spices. I felt like I was in another world with every bite. And don’t get me started on the dessert, a flourless chocolate cake with my favorite, Crème Anglaise…so I did it. I bought the cookbook by Grahams fabulous award winning chef, Lesley Fay’s “Straight from the Heart”, and you know something that meal was in fact, “Straight from the Heart”…Thank you, Lesley and Grahams for a wonderful evening.
